Using live woodfire to prepare its New American cuisine. Our exciting 2008 menu showcases seven aged cuts of beef cooked over live woodfire, with nine delightful side dishes to choose from, and our exclusive 50 item Chef’s Table changes regularly to reflect the season’s freshest char grilled vegetables, mixed salads, cheeses and meats. Fire & Vine specializes in pairing unique wine flights with our cuisine. A wine cellar unlike any other in Hampton Roads features 350 New World wines, 63 bottles by the glass and 23 different wine flights. New World wines are from the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Chile and South Africa. We are opened for lunch and dinner Monday – Saturday beginning at 11:30 am.
